What we send, and when we send it

Instead of a download centre full of undated PDFs, this page lists what documentation exists. Ask for the one you need and you get the current version, matched to the model and the destination market.

Four sets of documents

Anything not listed here probably does not exist yet. We would rather say so than send a certificate for a different material.

Materials & finishes

Frame alloys, weave types, fabric weights and top finishes, with the colour card we can actually produce rather than the one in a brochure.

Packing & container loading

Carton dimensions, gross weight and units per 40HQ for each model, plus the loading plan for a mixed container.

Compliance & documentation

The test reports and declarations that exist for the material in question, and a straight answer when they do not.

How we measure seat height, table clearance and canopy span, so your drawing and our quotation describe the same object.

Before you ask

Two things that make a request fast

Name the model or the material

“Packing data for the 150 cm slatted-top set” gets an answer the same day. “Send me your catalogue” gets a question back.

Name the destination market

EU and US requests are answered with different documents — EN 581 and BIFMA are not interchangeable, and neither are the declarations that go with them.
