Custom & contract
Private label, colour and dimension changes, and project supply
Most of what we ship is not catalogue-standard. This page explains what can be changed, what it costs in time, and how the order runs from drawing to loading.
What can change
Four things buyers change first
Frame colour
Any RAL or Pantone reference, powder-coated to a master sample you approve.
Dimensions
Table height, seat width and lounger length can be adjusted within structural limits.
Canopy print
Umbrella canopies print-ready for your own artwork, or supplied blank.
Packing & labelling
Carton print, barcode labels, pallet configuration and inner packing to your warehouse rules.
How it runs
From drawing to loading
Four steps, and the sample is the contract: bulk is checked against the sample you confirmed, not against a description.
Drawing or sample
A drawing, a photograph or a physical sample. Hand sketches are fine — we redraw them.
Costing and MOQ
Costing against your quantity, with the minimum that keeps the tooling and colour run economic.
Pre-production sample
A sample is confirmed for structure, finish and colour before bulk begins.
Bulk and inspection
Production, inspection against the confirmed sample, supervised loading with photo records.
Send the drawing, or the idea
Colour reference, dimensions, target quantity and destination port are enough to come back with a costing. If you only have a photograph of what you want, send that.
